Inmar Legal protected the copyrights of leading Russian IT company

An IT company from Primorsky Region of Russia turned to Inmar Legal to protect its interests in a dispute with an unscrupulous rival.

A website created by the IT company-developer of voice bots for business made it possible to optimize work with customers and became the most informative and well-developed website in this sphere. Consequently it was evaluated by the rivals of the Inmar Legal client.

A few months after the launch of the website it was completely copied by a competitor who successfully used the stolen authorship for own purposes.

Inmar Legal collected sufficient evidence of copyright infringement on the authorship of an IT company. As a result the Arbitration Court sided with the Inmar Legal client and recognized the fact of illegal actions of the competitor, ordered to pay compensation for violation of the exclusive rights to the authorship.
